Shipping Policy
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Once you’ve completed your Humblee order, we’ll hand-package it with care and have it shipped out promptly, within 10-15 business days.
What are my shipping options?
USPS First Class Package Service
Flat Rate: Free
Tracking is provided by USPS, estimated delivery 3-5 business days after your order ships.
USPS Priority Mail Express 2-Day
Flat Rate: $34.99
Tracking is provided by USPS, delivery on the second business day after your order ships.
We suggest tracking your package directly on the USPS website for the most up-to-date information on your package status. You can visit the USPS tracking page here:

At this time, we do not offer any international shipping for the physical items sold in our online store. If you have a custom design project for us and are located outside the United States, please email info@humbleestudio.com and we’ll be happy to see if we can accommodate your needs.
What happens if I place multiple orders?
If you place two or more Humblee orders within one day that are shipping to a single address, we’ll combine the orders into one shipment for you, if possible. Be sure to check your Humblee packages carefully to confirm you’ve received all your products.
If I pre-order a product, how long will it take to ship?
We may occasionally post special offers for new products or limited-time product offerings, such as signed or framed prints, limited edition prints, or other unique items. Products of this nature will be clearly marked a Pre-Order or a Reserved Product, with an estimated shipping time frame provided before you check out. This estimated shipping time frame is subject to change based on availability or completion of these products. Your Pre-Ordered item or Reserved Product will ship within 2 business days of the product being completed and/or received by the Humblee team.
How long will it take to complete my custom order?
All custom projects, including branding and design packages, are completed on a first-come, first-completed basis and how long a specific project will take depends on your needs and specifications. All delivery details, including method of delivery and expected delivery date, will be discussed during the project briefing period - we’ll always provide a completion timeframe before starting production on your project.
Return Policy
Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our products and our packaging. If you receive your Humblee order in less than perfect condition, please email us at info@humbleestudio.com within 48 hours of delivery, and include a photo of the damaged item, so that we can make it right for you.
